Once the furniture is out of the box it can no longer be returned

If furniture is still in box returns/ cancellations have a 30% restocking fee

All furniture comes with 1 year warranty covered by the manufacture

If item is delivered damage we will replace it

If item is out of warranty we will still might be able to sort out spare parts but no guarantee

All Furniture purchased over $500 has a $0 dollar delivery fee for the city of San Francisco and Daly City

Delivery fee of $100 for other bay area locations

Delivery includes the delivery of your new furniture piece and set up of item

We can remove certain piece of old furniture but please contact us first for a quote on removal

We only offer delivery for the bay area but if you don't live in the bay area and want something delivered please reach out to us by email

We deliver to any home, apartment or condo no matter how many stairs

Deliveries are scheduled for two hour windows

If you miss your delivery window a fee may be applied for redelivery
