• If furniture is still in box returns/ cancellations have a 30% restocking fee

• If item is delivered damage we will replace it

• All Furniture purchased over $500 has a $0 dollar delivery fee for the city of San Francisco and Daly City

• Delivery fee of $100 for other bay area locations

• Delivery includes the delivery of your new furniture piece and set up of item

• We can remove certain piece of old furniture but please contact us first for a quote on removal

• We only offer delivery for the bay area but if you don't live in the bay area and want something delivered please reach out to us by email

• We deliver to any home, apartment or condo no matter how many stairs

• Deliveries are scheduled for two hour windows
